"Stay Strong" In Memory of my Dad – Supporting Woking & Sam Beare Hospice

In December 2024, Woking Hospice gave my Dad something precious in his final days – dignity, comfort, and peace. The staff provided exceptional care not just for him, but for my whole family during the hardest time of our lives.

This September, I'm taking on the challenge of a 70.3 triathlon – 1.2 miles of swimming, 56 miles of cycling, and a half marathon to finish. Every training session, every aching muscle, and every moment of doubt will remind me of the courage Dad showed and the compassionate care he received. And just for good measure I've also signed up for the Bath half-marathon in March to make sure I get my steps in!
