Women's Aid is the national charity working to end domestic abuse against women and children.

In 2023, police recorded more than 60,000 incidents of domestic abuse in Scotland. Some 83% of victims were female and almost half (49%) of domestic abuse incidents recorded by police were between current partners.

Borders Body Balance are a group of local individuals who are passionate about fitness, and being the best versions of ourselves mentally and physically. A local group of strangers who have become friends through similar goals.

In February 2025, one of our members lost a member of their family in a way that makes this charity a great cause to raise money for.

For this challenge we have came together to climb Ben Nevis for Borders Woman's Aid.
