"Bosom Buddies" will be entering the Kingston Rotary Dragon Boat Challenge on 16th July 2023.

We are a group of 17 ladies who have joined together as a team to challenge ourselves, have fun and raise money for Breast Cancer Now!

We've trained hard over the last 10 weeks with a real determination to improve our fitness, technique and get faster. It's amazing how powerful the drive to do well and raise money for an important charity motivates a team! We've worked hard :)

Members of the crew have been personally affected by breast cancer - this charities work matters really matters to us and so many others.

Breast Cancer Now is UK charity providing world-class research and life-changing care for people affected by breast cancer, which is the most common cancer in women in the UK with one woman diagnosed every 10 minutes. That's around 55,000 women and 370 men diagnosed with breast cancer every year in the UK.
