Story

8 Cities. 8 Days. 1 Mission.

We’re running 5K in 8 cities over 8 days, from Edinburgh to London, to raise money for children’s hospitals and to raise awareness for children’s physical and mental health.

Each morning, we’ll run 5K in a different city, then travel to the next one by car. We’re inviting families and local communities to join us to walk, jog, or run alongside us.

This isn’t a race. It’s a mission.

Every penny donated will go directly to the children’s hospital in each city.

6th city, 6th day: Sheffield at Hillsborough Park, Middlewood Road (entrance near kid's park)

This run is about showing up for the next generation, supporting the hospitals that care for them, and shining a light on the importance of children’s physical and mental well-being.

If you believe in this mission, please donate whatever you can.

Let’s make every mile matter.

About The Children's Hospital Charity

Here at Charity HQ we help to change children’s lives every day by supporting pioneering ground-breaking medical treatment and creating a comfortable and engaging environment at Sheffield Children’s. Donations, fundraising, sponsorship and everything in between help create a healthier future for children and young people who visit Sheffield Children’s.

What makes Sheffield Children’s special? Most importantly it comes down to people - and we think the people who work here are amazing! Kindness and compassion are key, and our colleagues have those things in bucketloads. Everyday patients and their families tell us how caring and kind our colleagues have been, and how they’ve been made to feel safe and at home with us.
