Me and My Son Pablo Are Taking on the Commando 3K - For My Mum

My son and I are proud to be taking part in the Charity Commando 3K, raising money for a cause that’s incredibly close to my heart.

My mum is living with dementia, and seeing the impact it has on her and our family has been deeply emotional and challenging. We’re doing this to show our support, raise awareness, and help fund vital care and research.

This isn’t just a fun run - it’s our way of giving back, honouring my mum, and standing with everyone affected by dementia.
