Story
As the One Team Cycle Ride continues to evolve, we're focusing on connections and wellbeing, reflecting our 'care for others' value. The two charities we're supporting this year build on connections and very much focus on wellbeing of others.
The brave volunteers of the RNLI have been saving lives at sea since 1824! The story of the RNLI is one of courage and dedication. Across their 200-year history, RNLI lifesavers have answered the call to rescue. Day or night. On calm seas or into ferocious storms. If someone is in peril at sea, the RNLI will do all they can to save them.
And it's not just at sea they work to save lives. There are four RNLI stations operating on the Thames, their lifeguards keep 1000s people safe at the coast each summer, and away from the water, is their water safety campaign.
It's time to connect...
It's time for wellbeing...
It's time to ride...
but first, it's time to make a positive impact with a donation!
We're suggesting a minimum of £40 per rider - a real bargain for a sportif with breakfast, snack stops and lunch afterwards.
