This year we're raising money for MIND who support those with mental health problems in the UK (with 1 in 4 people having mental health problems, most of whom don't get the support they need) and campaign for change believing that everyone with a mental health problem should be able to access excellent care and services.

We're raising money by running Tough Mudder London South (10km) with over 20 of us running the course in 80s fancy dress in the finest quality polyester. What we assume is the perfect choice for a plunge in icy waters, running through live electrical wires and generally it's breathability & sweat wicking properties.
