I’m running 100 miles with a goat.

And yes, it sounds ridiculous.

But the reason behind it isn’t.

This November, I’ll be taking on a 100-mile challenge with my plush goat from @keeltoys to raise £10,000 for Campaign Against Living Miserably.

I’m doing it for me.

For the version of me that didn’t think he’d still be here.

For the nights I didn’t know how to say I was struggling.

For the times I smiled in photos while feeling like I was disappearing.

For every moment I needed someone to notice.

But I’m also doing it for you.

For the person reading this who is exhausted from pretending they’re fine.

For the one who makes everyone laugh but goes quiet when they’re alone.

For the one who feels behind, broken, lost, embarrassed, tired, numb, angry, or just completely done.

You are not a burden.

You are not weak.

You are not too far gone.

And you do not have to face the worst moments of your life on your own.

That’s why I’m doing this.

To raise money.

To raise awareness.

To start conversations.

To make people laugh.

To remind people they matter.

Over the next few months I’ll be documenting everything:

the training,

the vlogs,

the painful runs,

the stupid moments,

the stories I tell along the way,

the livestreams,

and the full chaos of trying to run 100 miles with a plush goat.

The route will involve visiting different farms along the way, meeting their animals, and bringing this whole strange, funny, emotional mission to life.

Campaign Against Living Miserably does incredible work supporting people who are struggling and helping to prevent suicide. I’m proud to be doing this for them.

One goat.

One mission.

100 miles for mental health.

I’m doing it for me.

I’m doing it for you.
