Passed away on Thursday 16th April 2026 aged 94.

Funeral service will be held at Encounter Church, Ilfracombe, on Wednesday 20th May at 12 noon.

Muscles.

We use them to move.

Walk, eat, smile, cry.

Pump blood around our bodies.

To breathe in and out.

Our muscles matter.
