Hello Everyone

You may or may not know that we sadly lost everyone’s best friend Danny Mallett on the 19th of October 2023.

Last year we hosted a Charity football match, which thanks to everyone’s amazing generosity managed to raise over £16000 For the Encephalitis UK, which is what Danny was being treated before sadly passing away.

For those of you that did know Danny you will have known how kind and caring he was and how he would do anything for anyone. This is why we want to keep his name and memory alive and hope to continue this charity football event as a yearly tradition.

This year we are hoping to do the same again and raise as much money as possible for this very deserving but much unknown charity. Therefore, on the 12th of July we are putting on the event all over again, which will include DJ’s, face painting, and bouncy castles all alongside the football game.

If you can spare any cash to donate to this amazing cause, it would be greatly appreciated. Anything at all helps!

Worldwide, three people are diagnosed with encephalitis (brain inflammation) every minute. Caused by infection or autoimmune diseases, it can affect anyone. It is an acutely serious condition with high mortality rates, leaving many who do survive with an acquired brain injury - potentially affecting them physically and/or affecting their memory, thinking and personality for the rest of their lives.
