FDAMH work with adults and young people offering a free service to help those struggling with their mental health.

Their mission is to promote positive mental wellbeing by providing a range of services and creating an environment to support individuals to recover from mental ill health, prevent deterioration in mental wellbeing; and provide support, education and training related to mental health to carers and across the local community.

Braes teachers have decided to climb Ben Nevis on the 26th of August to raise funds for FDAMH. Any donations would be greatly appreciated.
