Thanks for taking the time to check our my BRAVE event fundraising page.

So lots of people helped me on my cancer detour last year, not least of all the wonderful staff and volunteers based in Ward 308/310 Anchor unit wards where I was supported through 4 rounds of chemo. There was always a cheery face, cup of tea, ice poles, jelly and even foot massages to help me through.

Friends of Anchor are working with Urological Cancer charity UCAN to build a SURE (Swift Urological Response Evaluation) unit at ARI, to be able to quickly respond and support more urological cancer patients.

I am very lucky in so many ways and this May I have the chance to give something back strutting my stuff on the BRAVE catwalk!!! There cannot be a more special and memorable way to spend my 60th birthday on 9th May!
