These days we spend time communicating on social media and never seem to find the time to meet up in person for a good old fashioned chat.

So why not make time and join in on the "Parkinson's Breakfast Relay"?

To start the relay just get in touch with a friend and invite them to join you for the “Parkinson’s Breakfast Relay”.

You meet for breakfast at a local café, it could be a Full English of just a Coffee and Croissant.

You pay for both breakfasts and then they donate the cost of a breakfast or even just the price of a coffee, to the Parkinson's research fund, using the "Give Now" button at the bottom of this page.

Next, they contact a friend and invite them to join them for breakfast, and so the relay continues.

Wording for the invitation that you send out could be along the lines of;

"Hi, I'm taking part in the Parkinson's Breakfast Relay, to raise money for vital research into Parkinson's.

Would you like to join me for breakfast so that I can pass the baton on to you?
