CHRIS Phillips is carrying out another crazy fundraiser to raise funds for mental health support in Southend.

Back in May, Chris walked from Roots Hall to Wembley ahead of Southend United's FA Trophy final.

Now, on Sunday October 4, Chris will be playing padel non-stop for 10 hours at the impressive newly opened Breakpoint Padel in Rochford.

Local sporting stars will be joining Chris throughout the challenge and all money raised will go to the Southend United Community Foundation to launch a mental health programme which will see them head out to local schools and organisations.

SECE Mind, Samaritans, Andy's Man Club, Run Free and Trust Links are all supporting the initiative.
