Story

As dedicated members of the breast service within NHS Grampian, we are excited to participate in the Maggie's Aberdeen Culture Crawl 2025, a meaningful event that allows us to raise vital funds for Maggie’s Centre.

For many individuals and families in the North East, Maggie's Aberdeen stands as a beacon of hope. The centre provides a unique programme of practical and psychological support, available free of charge to those affected by breast cancer and other types of cancer. This invaluable support extends not only to patients but also to their families and loved ones.

As part of the breast service in Aberdeen, we often refer individuals diagnosed with breast cancer to Maggie’s for further guidance and assistance. It fills us with pride to contribute to this fundraising effort for such an essential resource.

Maggie’s centres are sanctuaries where people facing cancer can find hope, determination, and the resources they need to navigate one of life’s most challenging journeys. With your help, we aim to raise funds for Maggie's Aberdeen as we walk together on June 20th, 2025 during the Aberdeen Culture Crawl.

We invite you to join us in this mission—your support can make a profound difference in the lives of those impacted by cancer. Together, let’s ensure that no one has to face this journey alone.
