Most of you know that being on a trail with my dog brings me so much joy...as well as mental well-being and calm. I ran a stunningly beautiful and challenging 3-day trail race in Kanab, UT in 2024, and this year I am doing it again in Moab...but for a cause! This year I elected to run on a Charity Bib, with my charity of choice being the AMAZING NorCal Aussie Rescue (which matched us with both Shane and Bandit :)

My cover photo is a dog-friendly 5K I ran with Shane awhile back. He was the first dog to cross the finish line. I was NOT the first human, but he showered me with congratulatory licks nonetheless. Our smiles say it all. THIS is what we make time for.

I know many of you give SO generously to a myriad of causes of your own, but if you come across some spare change to help me meet my goal I would so greatly appreciate it!
