White Collar Boxing Match · 8 September 2023
Hello again!
Following the conclusion of my 2nd white collar fight, I've already signed up for a 3rd fight camp with a different group this time. But still with the aim to raise as much money and awareness for charity as possible
1st Fight - £625 raised
2nd Fight - £1490 raised
3rd Fight - ???
There is a difference this time though! In an effort to raise as much money and spread the message as far as possible, we have confirmed some amazing prizes as part of a raffle for supporters of the cause.
Every £5 donated to this page is an automatic ticket to the raffle. The names will be drawn after the fight on September 8th. You are of course welcome to donate anonymously and not enter the raffle but these prizes are not to be missed!
Multiple entries are welcomed and encouraged. Thanks to all the incredible people and businesses who've pledged their support and offered something for us to give to you. The prizes you will be automatically entered into a chance to win are

I have been fighting and raising money for a charity called Alumina. A charity that brings education, awareness and support on self harm to more people.I've struggled with mental health at various points in my life but at my lowest points, I turned to self harm as a coping mechanism. This upset my friends and family close to me and for a long time was something that deeply upset me to think back on. I've been lucky enough to start therapy in the last few years and address a lot of my struggles with mental health. I'm no longer ashamed of how I felt best to deal with my issues as a younger person and I feel ready to address it, whilst hopefully changing some perceptions and helping other people along the way.
The charity I am choosing to support is an amazing group called Alumina. They are a project of Youthscape, hence the title on this page! Alumina is a free, online 7 week course for young people struggling with self-harm. Each course has up to 8 young people, all accessing the sessions from their own phones, tablets or laptops across the UK. The courses take place on different evenings of the week and are run by friendly, trained counsellors and volunteer youth workers. You don’t need an adult to refer you or sign you up, and no-one will see or hear you during the sessions – you’ll just join in via the chatbox. We want to help you to find your next steps towards recovery, wherever you are on your journey.
The White Collar Fight Club also raise money for CALM through their ticket sales with 100% of proceeds going to charity. They ask us to raise money either for CALM or a Charity of our own choosing as a pre-rquisite to signing up.
