In memory of Aidan and Johannah Keane
Story
As many people will know, in 2024 our family lost our Nana Johannah and my Dad Aidan.
Through both of these experiences of palliative and end of life care, I have a deeper understanding and respect for the importance of supporting someone to have a dignified and comfortable death.
I will always be grateful for the unwavering support that palliative care services provided to our family at such a difficult time. I fundamentally believe that everybody deserves a good death.
I am running the Coventry Half Marathon in April 2025 in memory of Dad and Nana. I would like to raise as much money as possible for Myton Hospices in their memory so they can continue to fund the amazing work that they do.
Whilst the race will be tough, I will have these two in my mind cheering me on every step of the way!!
Myton believe that everyone matters for every single moment of their life; providing compassionate end of life care and giving people more quality time with loved ones.
Myton support people and their families, in hospices, via patient & family support services, and in the community through Myton at Home.
