Story
During the month of June team BP will be taking on the challenge of trying to cover a mammoth 3,000km between the 13 of us, this equates to 100km per day!
Between the team we will be running, walking, cycling and swimming in order to reach the monthly target of 3,000km. As we only have one keen cyclist in the office the majority of this target will be completed by running and walking, this also enables everyone to take part.
All of us in the office have jobs that have us sitting down for large parts of the day, so physical exercise is very important to help keep us fit and healthy. In addition the mental benefits of exercise are huge and we are therefore doing this challenge in aid of Dorset Mind, please see below for details of them as a charity.
We have looked at the numbers (we quite like those here!) and we know this is going to be a real challenge but we are determined to do it. Any sponsorship is very much appreciated and will help to spur us on.
Thanks
