Story
News of my next fund-raising venture. The marvelous people at the Marie Curie organisation take care of people with illnesses that they’re likely to die from.
They’ll provide expert nursing support and comfort for patients in their own homes and provide support & reassurance for their families through the most difficult of times.
These people’s great work is possible only because of kind charitable donations.
Here’s what’s happening, our team of around 50 volunteers are challenging themselves to cycle approximately 360 kms with over 6000 metres of total ascent in November, aiming to raise over £200,000 in support Marie Curie.
Any donation, big or small will make an enormous difference to patients and families like ours and yours. Thanks so much for any support.
Marie Curie is here for anyone with an illness they’re likely to die from, and those close to them. Whatever the illness, wherever you are, we’re with you to the end. We bring 75 years of experience and leading research to the care we give you at home, in our hospices and over the phone. And we push for a better end of life for all by campaigning and sharing research to change the system.
Marie Curie is a charity working across the UK and we need your support to do our vital work.
