I am giving up my bed for a night and taking part in The Big Friday Night Sleepover 2026 to help raise vital funds and awareness for homelessness charity Emmaus South Manchester.

Emmaus South Manchester is a charity currently working to open a new Emmaus community – a place that will offer a home, purpose and tailored support to people who experience homelessness.

This sleepover doesn’t try to replicate homelessness or rough sleeping. Instead, it’s an act of solidarity – a way to raise awareness and much-needed funds for a cause I care about deeply.
