Hi, this July I am running Tough Mudder in the hope of raising as much money as I can for NSPCC.

Tough Mudder is a 10 mile race in the mud with 20+ huge obstacles ranging from an ice water plunge, 40ft high net climb, tear gass tunnel electric wire sprint and much more. I am putting my body through hell so children don't have to.

The NSPCC is the leading children's charity fighting to end child abuse in the UK and Channel Islands. We help children who have been abused to rebuild their lives, protect those at risk, and find the best ways of preventing abuse from ever happening.

Every child deserves the best possible chance to rebuild their life after abuse.
