After my service of Afghanistan I had a bad time with mental health but never admitted I had an issue.

But in 2021 I had a breakdown and needed support.

Now I am in a better place and charities like HEAD UP are supporting ex forces like myself to live a better life and get through the though times with their plan to have their own retreat.

So for the 29 days of Feb, I will be wearing a weighted vest all day every day like I was in Afghanistan, from going to work to picking the children up at school.

So please dig deep and help those who served us!
