Hello there, myself and a few friend´s will be taking on the challenge of Gaelforce West on 15th June 2024. A 68km run, cycle & kayak along the rugged coastline of the Wild Atlantic Way on bog & grassland tracks, sea, road and open mountain.

We will be training over the next few weeks to prepare for the challenge. Our goal is to raise as much as possible for a great cause - Irish Cancer Society. Please support us if you can, it will be really appreciated by all of us and the society.
