Thank you for taking the time to visit this JustGiving page in memory of a loving husband and father, Brian Edward Lawrence.

He passed away at home, at peace, with his family around him, on the 28th March 2025, he was 87.

He was a passionate orienteer, running through most of the beautiful woods and forests we are blessed with in this country. He was also passionate about the conservation of these habitats and spent many years acting as a tree warden and also ensuring the welfare of footpaths so everyone could enjoy the splendour that the countryside and woodlands provides.

He always supported this charity and instead of flowers at his funeral, he, his wife, Frances Lawrence, and sons Marcus, Adam and Luke, wish that people honour his memory please, with a donation to this and or other worthwhile causes, Arthritis Action, CAFOD (Catholic Agency for Overseas Development) and the NSPCC.
