Raising funds for Grimm & Co in the memory of our lovely mum seems fitting given that she loved books and stories having worked in libraries for most of her adult life.

In Grimm’s early days, Beau, Marti, Olivia and Georgia all attended workshops at the apothecary, and shared their creative writing with Mum.

In addition to this, Grimm & Co is now based in the building that was once Talbot Lane Methodist Church where Mum & Dad were married, Jackie and I christened and where Dad’s funeral service was held.

Please help Grimms make a difference in Mum’s memory.

Grimm & Co is a fantastical apothecary catering to all sorts of magical beings since 1148 (just before lunchtime), but there is something special about this shop. Go through a secret door, and you can enter an amazing world in which your creativity and imagination can run riot. We offer fun, exciting, free literacy workshops to children and young people aged 7-18 years. We aim to champion the writer in every child, engaging and inspiring the young people of Rotherham, and changing the world, one story at a time.
