On the 19th of July, we are excited to take on the Trek26 challenge in the stunning Yorkshire Dales, walking a total of 26 miles for the Alzheimer's Society!

Dementia is a progressive neurological issue that primarily affects cognitive function, leading to memory problems and behavioural changes. The impact of dementia extends far beyond the individual diagnosed; it can bring devastation and worry to their spouses, families, and friends. The emotional weight of caring for a loved one who is changing can be overwhelming, causing significant stress and psychological strain on those closest to them.
