In July 2025, I have challenged myself to take on the Thames Path Mighty 26 Mile Hike to help raise money for the many people in the UK living with cancer.

Myself and my family have been deeply affected by cancer and I want to challenge myself to complete the full marathon with support of my family, friends and my medical consultants. I am also completing this not just for myself but for my Grampy - I miss you every day, you were a diamond in the rough and you have shaped me to be the woman I am today. Thank you for everything. I love you.

I'd be so grateful if you could help me reach my £250 pledge, which can pay for Macmillan Nurse for one day. This could provide people living with cancer and their families essential medical, practical and emotional support.

There are currently 3 million people living with cancer in the UK today. It's Macmillan's goal to be there for everyone from the moment of diagnosis, but they can't do this without donations from people like you.
