Story
Some of our amazing BrightLocal team will be taking on a charity hike for the incredible Clock Tower Sanctuary on 11th July 2026, raising money to support young people facing homelessness in Brighton & Hove.
We’d love your support in reaching our fundraising target of £200 per person for such a worthwhile cause!
Every donation, no matter the size, will help make a real difference, and we know the team will appreciate all the encouragement as they lace up their walking boots and take on the challenge.
Please donate if you can, share the love, and wish the team lots of luck and let’s help them smash it
The Clock Tower Sanctuary is the only drop-in day centre for 16-to 25-year-olds experiencing homelessness in the city. It provides vital practical and emotional support and every donation to this campaign makes a difference.
£10 can pay for a young person to have a shower, wash their clothes and eat a healthy, hot meal.
£20 can pay for a new pair of shoes or clothing for a job interview or first day of work.
£200 can pay for training and supporting a volunteer to support a young person.
£500 can pay for a young person to access all of the Clock Tower Sanctuary's support and facilities for two months.
The CTS helps people like Harry -
"Most importantly for me, CTS is a safe space where you can go, where you can get some food, get some help with housing, or if you need to clean up you can have a shower. It's a community for people in similar situations. I've never experienced that before in my life." Harry, 22 (he/him)
