Welcome to my fundraising page for the Bright Kites Foundation!
Founded in 2018 by a group of friends, including myself, the Bright Kites Foundation aims to inspire and empower students from public schools in under-resourced communities in Colombia. Our flagship initiative is our month-long international cultural and language programme in London, which provides selected students with a transformative experience to enhance their English skills, broaden their horizons, and build confidence.
Event Details:
On Saturday 22nd June, I will be hosting an all day salsathon from 8am to 8pm in Brockwell Park in Brixton. I would love to invite you to join me in person and dance for 2,4,6,8 or 12 hours or support our team virtually by donating to this cause. Every salsa step will be in support of our next cohort of amazing ambassadors, Nelson, Dana, Valery, and Miguel, who are eager to embark on their journey to London this July!

Meet Our 2024 Winners:
Nelson from Cali: A dedicated 15-year-old with a passion for English and a supporting his peers.
Dana from Pereira: A talented writer and aspiring world traveller who is eager to explore London.
Valery from Cali: A fashion enthusiast who's in to all things sustainability
Miguel from Pereira: A compassionate volunteer and avid learner excited to immerse himself in English and new cultures.

£10: Provide study materials for one student
£50: Sponsor a cultural excursion for the students in London
£100: Contribute to the overall program costs, including accommodation and meals
