Story
The Bristol Area IC (The Beaufighters) will be undertaking a March for Finley starting at Arlingham and walking to the end of the GHQ Green Line at Framilode. The walk will take in those pillboxes that haven't been reclaimed by the river, the site of a road block at the entrance to Arlingham and the 'killer' search light site at Overton before regrouping in a local pub.
'Marching for Finley' is a fundraising initiative created by Ant 'Bomber' Brentnall aimed at supporting Finley's Touch, a charity that helps children with cancer.
Members of the We have Ways of Making You Talk famous 'Independent Company' from London with Sunray, Kent, West Wales, Cambridge/Norfolk, Bristol, Dorset, Northern, Highlands and Essex IC's will set up sponsored marches across various regions of the UK, joining forces to raise funds for the charity.
The Marches are meticulously planned and co-ordinated, visiting historical sites related to World War II but most importantly bringing friends of the podcast together for a common goal, raising funds and have fun in the process.
The initiative encourages community involvement and donations to support families affected by cancer.
