On New Years Day our instructors Kate, Clair and Ros will be doing a decidedly Nordic swim in aid of the wonderful RSPCA and an important local womens charity, One25.

Clair and Ros will be dipping in Clevedon Marine Pool, Kate in a rather more exotic lake in Scotland. Their wintry adventure will be filmed (including the shrieks) so you'll be able to see them taking the plunge in our newsletter and Facebook page.

We would be very grateful indeed if you could show your support for our brave dippers and these excellent charities. As times are tough charities are struggling, so any help you could give would be much appreciated.
