Oli, Josh & Francis are teaming up to take on the Bristol to Paris Cycle to raise money in a aid of: Parkinson's UK, Dementia UK & Bristol AfterStroke.

Last year, the four friends had very close relatives affected by illnesses including Parkinson's disease, Strokes & Dementia.

Each charity have played a really important part in helping to overcome these devastating and unfortunate illnesses that affect so many people.

The charities have offered an incredible amount of support to our loved ones and have made such a huge difference in dealing with such significant news and life changing scenarios.

They almost solely depend on donations and we want to show our support by raising as much money as possible so that others who go through hard experiences can receive the same level of support!

The Ride:

We'll start our journey from Bristol Harbourside at 08:00hrs on Friday 30th May 2025 and cycle the first leg (75 miles) to Romsey for an overnight stay.

Day 2 takes us from Romsey to Portsmouth where we'll get the ferry to Caen, arriving at about 10:00hrs for our overnight accommodation.

Day 3, sees us travel from Caen to Evereux (85 miles) before our final journey on Day 4 (Evereux to Paris) 60 miles to the finish line.

We'll be supported by a good friend Ben Coleborn who'll have a support vehicle for our overnight clothes, nutrition, equipment etc.
