Breast cancer affects 1 in 8 women — mothers, wives, daughters, sisters, and friends — and its impact reaches all of us. But through bold, innovative research, we have the power to rewrite that story. Every breakthrough brings us closer to earlier detection, kinder treatments, and ultimately, a cure. It’s a cause that matters a great deal to me, and one I’m proud to support.

On Sunday 15th June, I’ll be cycling from London to Brighton to raise funds and awareness for the vital work this charity undertakes. It's a challenging 56-mile (100 km) route - to make things a little more interesting, I’ll be tackling the 56-mile route on my Brompton folding bike...if you're interested that will be close to a quarter of a million revolutions of those tiny wheels!
