This incredible organisation provides palliative and end of life care, and has personally touched our lives as they cared for both of Bronwen’s parents. The team at City Hospice is truly amazing, and their impact extends beyond Cardiff as they also play an active role in providing clinical and educational support to the Cancer Relief Hospice Outreach Team in Gibraltar.
