On Saturday 16th September, it will be one year since Lily had her heart surgery. This special day is known as an 'Heartiversary'.

Lily is a lovely little girl who attends our nursery and we would love to celebrate this milestone with Lily, as well as raising funds for the hospital where Lily was cared for.

To help reach our goal we would like to have our just giving page shared to really make a difference for the charity.

We feel very fortunate to have Lily and her family at the setting and we look forward to celebrating her special day with her on Monday 18th September.
