Story

Hey everyone,

As most of you know I was diagnosed in November with Grade 3 invasive ductal carcinoma with high grade ductal carcinoma in situ (Breast cancer!)

I have had my lump removed but have been told I need to undergo chemotherapy where I will loose my hair.

I start my first chemo session on Friday 3rd Feb for 18 weeks.

I have decided instead of letting my hair fall out by itself (my poor hoover couldn’t take it 🙊) I am going to shave my hair off and donate it to the little princess trust to make a wig for a little girl who really needs one. I thought while I’m going to do it I could try raise a bit of money at the same time for the charity Breast Cancer Now 💗

Any amount donated would be absolutely brilliant and I know I’m already going to shave it anyway wether I raise any money or not but I just thought it would be nice to try and raise something!

My wig hasn’t arrived yet 🙊 but when it does I will be shaving my hair off so I don’t have a date as yet but it will be in the next 2 weeks (I need time to pluck up the courage too 🙃 and I’m not doing it until my beautiful new hair arrives!)

Thank you so much in advance for any donation it’s very much appreciated and every penny counts 🎀

Lots of love Jemma xxx
