I am running the Brighton Marathon on April 6th and I have decided to run the race for charity. When originally signing up, I wasn't going too but since I have been training and being out injured for almost 3 weeks so close to the end I felt like it was the right thing to do. Mainly to ensure I finish but also because it has occurred to me just how much of an achievement it will be.

For those who know me well, you will know the reasons behind me choosing to raise for this charity. This is unfortunately something that has effected our family first hand & last year, we were able to start moving forward from this after years of upset for everyone involved.

One in Four is a charity that is passionately and professionally commited to supporting people who have survived child sexual abuse (CSA) and to raising awareness of this challenging issue.

I appreciate that it is last minute but any donation, no matter how small will make a massive impact in the work that this charity do and will also help me cross that line!!
