I am running the half marathon for charity!

I have specifically decided to raise money for the NSPCC - to protect children and raise awareness around child exploitation to criminal gangs and county lines. This cause is personal to me and yet I still don’t understand the warning signs because it is taboo. I am hoping to make a small change to create resources for vulnerable children that can prevent them from entering the wrong groups that harm their futures. Encouraging education and creating trust within communities can build resilience to help children navigate adulthood without becoming vulnerable. Hoping that creating conversations around this can help raise awareness about what to look out for and how to help, especially in schools.
