Here at Brothers in Arms, we work on one mission, with one specific goal, which is to reduce suicide in men.

Suicide is the single biggest killer of men under 45 in the UK. 12 men per day take their own lives. With the Scottish Government announcing a £30 million cut in the mental health budget this year, our service is needed more than ever.

We have launched our #TimetoBlether campaign this January to raise £120,000 within the next 6 months. That's £10k per man lost to suicide, every single day. This money will help us to provide, and further develop our free digital therapy service for men called Blethr available from our website that is free to use, anonymous, and confidential, where access is without appointment, and from anywhere at the user's discretion.
