Kevin Sinfield is at it again, doing 7in7in7 so I can’t resist a little token of support for all the hard work and hope offered by Rob Burrows, Kevin and their families, and those who work for and with the MND Association. They are all amazing.

My 7in7in7 is a 7 day mix of runs including 3 x 7km, 3 x 7miles and a half marathon too (yup, I know that doesn’t have a 7 in it but it’ll do). My pain will be a lot less than Kevin’s :-). I also hope Kevin enjoys his ultra in Brighton as much as I enjoyed the Leeds Marathon in May.

Every £ helps, but I realise times are really challenging so encouragement is equally as good.
