🌟 Bruin’s November Health Challenge – Supporting Cancer Research UK 🌟
This November, the team at Bruin is taking on an exciting November Health Challenge to prioritise wellness and raise funds for: Cancer Research UK.
Each team member has set their own fitness goal, from running and swimming to daily steps and strength workouts. Together, we’re aiming to stay active, motivated, and—most importantly—make a difference.
With each of us tackling our own goals, we wanted to raise funds through small, accessible donations capped at £5.
Together, these small contributions add up to a big impact! Whether you’re cheering us on or inspired to take on your own challenge, we’d love your support.

💪 Tom Shorto – Swim the equivalent of the English Channel (21 miles or 33,796.232 meters) + Movember
💪 Simon Spencer – 20km Swim
💪 Jamie Allen – 60km Run + 10k Swim
💪 Jordan McKenna – 150 press-ups + 50 pull-ups daily
💪 James Makinnon – 75km Run
💪 Joel Palmer – 60km Run
💪 Alice Dee – Swim 3x per week + 10k steps daily
💪 Jess Wiggins – 15k steps daily
💪 Charlotte Groom – 15k steps daily
💪 Claire Turpin – 15k steps daily
💪 Tim Holbrough – 12k steps average daily
💪 Ben Lines – 60km Run + 120km Cycle
💪 Matt Tynan – 50km Run + 50 weighted squats daily
💪 Joeline Smith – Swim 1x + gym 1x per week + 10k steps
💪 Mariam Abdullahi – 1-hour steps session weekly + 10k Swim
💪 Alfie Cook – 60km Run + 50 sit-ups and 50 press-ups daily
💪 Margaux Duhamel – 8km Swim + 3km Climbing + 60 sit-ups daily
💪 Reece McNamara – 60km Run + 100 press-ups daily
💪 Ellen Mulvey – 25km Run weekly + 2 strength sessions weekly
💪 Kirstin Duffy - 3x 15km cycle rides a week
💪 Fin Miles - 50km Run
💪 Jacob Merrick - 100km cycle
💪 Kelly Liddle – 50km run
💪 Jonny Ross – 200km total (100km running + 100km walking)
💪 Mike Mihaylov – Run daily (matching Jonny in distance!)
