I am running the Media Marathon to raise money for the incredible Suicide&Co charity.

Set up to support those bereaved by suicide, it seeks to open up the conversation around suicide-related grief. Our vision is to provide adults bereaved by suicide in England and Wales with timely and effective support because everyone deserves to feel like they have permission to grieve. Suicide&Co provides 12 sessions of one-to-one bereavement counselling to those who've lost a loved one to suicide. Every donation of £30 will help provide a counselling session.

Thanks to your support, we can provide a much-needed listening ear and support to those who are struggling with their loss. We help people to heal and build a life back up around their grief, enabling them to look forward with hope.
