Story
On 3rd December 2023, just nine days after her 53rd birthday, my beautiful Mummy, Rachel Satchell, passed away from Myxoid Liposarcoma - a rare and viscous form of cancer that’s difficult to diagnose and treat.
Running the London Marathon was one of her dreams for me. Now I’m doing it in her memory and to raise money for Sarcoma UK, a charity that funds vital research, support and improved treatments - in hope those who are next diagnosed will have a better prognosis.
I know this journey is going to be tough, but I’m fortunate enough that I am most certainly my mother’s daughter. She showed nothing but strength, courage, and love each and everyday; my forever inspiration.
If you’re able to donate, please know that your support means the world - to myself, Rachel, and to the future of sarcoma research.
Thank you so much.

(I love you Mummy, I hope I make you proud)
