Hi everyone, it’s that time of year again where I alienate my closest friends and family by asking for donations.

This year I’ll be taking part in The Big Ride — Cycling 60km days 1 and then somehow following that up with a half marathon the next. Clearly I’ve lost the plot.

Every penny goes towards an amazing cause supporting adults and children in some of the lowest-income and most disaster-affected countries, including Afghanistan, Ukraine, and Somalia. So genuinely, anything you can give will go a long way.
