Story

I'll be cycling with Dave,

The plan is to cycle 1,428 KM in 6 days (892.5 miles), which means Climbing (ascent) 1.5 times height of Everest 12,780m (Everest is 8,849m).

To say I’m slightly nervous is putting it mildly. The training is progressing, and the mileage is starting to build in preparation.

The week will look like this:

Day 1 248km 2,240m ascent

Day 2 231km 1,710 m ascent

Day 3 250km 2,020 m ascent

Day 4 250km 2,040 m ascent

Day 5 233km 1,840m ascent

Day 6 216km 2,930 m ascent
