Established in 1897, the ManxSPCA rescues, rehabilitates, re-homes or releases more than 1,000 companion and wild animals on the Isle of Man every year. It deals with more than 7,000 calls from the public annually, and receives no funding from government. It is reliant on the generosity of its supporters, and is grateful for all the fund-raised income it receives.

Story

I am raising money for the ManxSPCA, a local animal rescue charity, in memory of my cat Loki, who we recently said goodbye to, following a brief illness.

Loki was a real character, and brought so much joy and laughter to our lives. He taught my daughter to have compassion and love for animals, and showed such patience with her as a baby and toddler, even when she was pulling him along by his tail!

Loki had a life full of love and cuddles, however not all pets and their owners are this lucky. This is where the ManxSPCA steps in and helps those in need.
