🏃♀️ Running for Mental Health - Support PANDAS! 💙
Hey everyone! I’m Beth from Budgeting Mum on Instagram, and I’m taking on my first ever running event - the London Landmarks Half Marathon! 😱
Running has been a huge help for my own mental health, and when I got the chance to run for PANDAS, a smaller mental health charity that truly needs support, I knew I had to say yes. PANDAS does incredible work supporting people struggling with perinatal mental health challenges, and every donation - big or small - makes a real difference.
I won’t lie, I’m pretty scared to take on 13.1 miles, but knowing it’s for such an important cause is keeping me going. If you can spare anything at all, please donate and help PANDAS continue their vital work. Let’s make a difference together!
