The Built team are taking part in The 137 Challenge with ActionAid and completing 137 squats every day for one whole month 💪

Why? One in three women will experience some form of violence in their lifetime, and globally 137 women are killed per day by a partner, family member or friend. But around the world, ActionAid are working with woman and girls are fighting to claim their rights and change the systems and beliefs that make violence acceptable.

As a women centred space, our mission is to create a safe and empowering community where women can lift, move and learn together - making this challenge especially close to our hearts.
