Story

Thanks for taking the time to visit our JustGiving page.

Over the weekend of Saturday 15th and Sunday 16th March 2025 we’ll be celebrating the 30th anniversary of opening the fishing lakes here at Bullock Farm.

To mark the occasion, we’d love you to come to join us to fish over the weekend of 15th & 16th March at the same price that we charged for a day ticket when we originally opened in 1995 which was £5. All money raised over the weekend will be donated to a wonderful charity, Dorothy House Hospice, who cared for a very good friend of ours who very recently passed away. Some of you will have known Dave Garland – a keen fisherman, a huge Bristol City fan and all-round top bloke. If any of you are interested Phil did a little tribute to Dave that was read out at his funeral and also appears on the Bristol City Fans’ Forum ‘One Team in Bristol’.

Please do spread the word and share this post, it would be great to see as many people as possible over that weekend and to raise some much needed funds for the hospice. If you’re unable to make it you can still donate via this page.
